We want to be as good for the environment as possible, so your order will arrive in repurposed packaging. It may be a bit less pretty but introducing less waste to the planet is something we value more! Your package will be sealed with paper tape where possible. Read more about our packaging and how to recycle it in our packaging section! In production we attempt to waste as little materials as possible. We will be doing research into how to best dispose of the waste from production and how to produce things in a way that creates as little waste as possible. We've started collecting our fabric offcuts, and waste pieces of vinyl to re create into new things! Stay tuned for updates. We aren't perfect but we are always trying to reduce our impact. We offer standard and express delivery options to the UK. Standard delivery is free if you spend £50! Please note we don't post orders on Mondays or Tuesdays. Our most eco friendly and cheapest option is Standard Eco Delivery. It costs £3.50 This option is free if you spend £50 or more! If you use standard delivery, we'll send your order by Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class / Tracked 48 / Evri Standard shipping. If you have a preference for Royal Mail or Evri just let us know at check out - you can add a note to your order when it's in the basket, or send us an email after to partydelinquentservice@hotmail.com Standard delivery can take 3-5 working days after dispatch, but usually turns up sooner. This is the most eco friendly option as the parcel doesn’t fly to destination like quicker post services! Please note that dispatch date can be up to 2 weeks after your order has been placed, to allow us to make your items. It's usually faster but as a slow fashion brand, lots of our products are made to order. Our quickest delivery option is Express & Tracked Delivery. It costs £5.00 If you use this option we'll send your order by Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class / Tracked 24 / Evri Next Day. Our products are produced by hand in single or small batches, designed and made in London. Therefore production takes longer than buying something from a big highstreet brand. Turn around can vary from item to item, but some pieces may be ready to go straight away! If you need an item by a certain date, let us know and we will see if its possible. We endever to get products finished and ready to send off in a maxium of 2 weeks. You will recieve an email notification once we have dispatched your order.

Your order will be packed up in a saved or pre used envelope, box or bag where possible. We save all our packaging to re use so that our footprint is smaller and we aren't creating more waste than necessary. Some of our more fragile items come in gift boxes. These are made from 100% recycled materials, and they are completely biodegradable, recyclable and sustainably sourced. If your package is in paper or cardboard packaging we'll use paper tape to seal it. If your order comes in a re used plastic post bag we'll use sellotape or another plastic tape as substrate to substrate is important when recycling the packaging! Soft plastics are now being recycled at big supermarkets, so if you can't reuse the plastic bag for something else, consider taking it with you when you do your next big shop! Check your local recycling too, as some councils are now taking soft plastics too. All labels & stickers on your package are made from recycled sticker paper, and the backing of the sticker paper is compostable so nothing is going into landfill. We may use bubblewrap to help protect your order which has also been saved from the bin. We'll try to use minimal amounts to protect your order. Tissue paper is recyclable but not all areas will accept it for recycling. If you're in one of these areas, instead of putting it in the bin.. save it to wrap a present in it for a friend, or if it's not in a good enough shape to reuse, it can be put into your compost for it to degrade! Same with shredded paper / shredded tissue. Check your local guidelines. Like the rest of our packaging, we have saved the tissue / shredding from our own packages. Please continue the chain and reuse or recycle the packaging if you can! Your order will come with a thank you card that's printed on 100% recycled paper with organic pigments, and can be put into the recycling when you're done with it. Due to us reusing and recycling all our packaging, your order may be slightly less pretty than other packages you receive. We always try to make your package look cute with our branded stickers and patterned paper tape, but we think it's better to have a slightly less aesthetically pleasing package for the greater good of the environment! And the item inside IS going to be super cute! We aren't perfect but we are always trying to reduce our impact. We really hope that you love your item, but if it's not quite what you were looking for let us know. Please get in touch and send the item back within 14 days. Buyer pays return postage, unless item is faulty. We recommend sending on a tracked service.
